AEOR 104PA is a multi-functional surfactant that combines dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming in waterborne coatings, inks, paints, adhesives, pigment manufacture and dispersion, cements, metalworking lubricants, agricultural chemicals, and dye processing. AEOR 104PA is available in liquid form in different solvent cuts. AEOR 104PA Substrate wetting Additive has a unique Gemini structure, which brings a unique combination of performance benefits, such as surface tension reduction, foam control, and viscosity stabilization. The hydrophobic nature of AEOR 104PA Substrate wetting Additive typically results in significantly reduced water sensitivity compared to either conventional ethoxylated or anionic surfactants.

Package and storage

The standard package for this material is 170kg galvanized iron drums, 4 drums/pallet.
Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Product is freeze-thaw stable. Mix thoroughly before use. To avoid ignition of vapors by static electricity discharge, all metal parts of the equipment must be grounded. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. The shelf life for this product is 48 months from the date of manufacture.
